Coaching is all about helping you identify the key issues in your business and finding ways to for you to address them. Coaching is one-to-one and achieves results over time. This contrasts with facilitation which is normally one-to-many and is often centred on one particular event, such as a planning workshop.
The role of coach is to ask probing questions and provide guidance. It is not to tell you what to do or to do it for you. You need to take ownership of your plan and commit to achieving your goals. The coach will help to develop your plan and to keep you on track.
