Workshop
Striving for increased growth is an objective for most businesses however the path is not always a smooth one. Understanding what products, services, people, industries and market segments will provide you the desired growth and then what strategies are required to ensure you achieve your goals is critical. This workshop is designed to enable you to develop a marketing and sales strategy for your business and then build in safeguards to ensure continued success.
You will learn:
- How to identify your key marketing issues
- The Five Steps in the consumer decision making process
- How to influence customers
- Four ways to grow a business
- Place, Promotion and Pricing strategies
The workshop culminates in the use of the One Page Plan to document your Marketing Plan. You will then be able to monitor progress and develop other plans for specific products or markets. You will also be able to start applying the tools to your business right away. The emphasis is on focussing on what really matters.
Follow up coaching
Coaching is an effective way of reinforcing what you learn at the workshop and helping you to make regular use of the tools. The coaching package provides:
- Monthly meetings over three months to keep the implementation on track.
- Weekly remote support by email, Skype or phone to help resolve problems and answer questions as they arise.
