Workshop
Have you ever wanted to develop or refine your businesses strategy in one day? Do you understand which key strategies will take your business where you want it to go? This interactive workshop provides the unique opportunity to achieve greater clarity to your business plans by challenging your strategies for the coming 12 months.
You will learn how to use simple and powerful business tools to step through the development of an effective and concise business plan. Walk away with an understanding of your:
- Vision for the business
- Potential to achieve the change you desire
- Top three strategies to achieve your vision
- Actions to achieve your strategies
- Competitive Advantage
- One Page Plan.
You will then be able to monitor progress against your main One Page Plan and develop other plans for specific projects or functional areas. You will also be able to start applying the tools to your business right away. The emphasis is on focussing on what really matters.
Follow up coaching
Coaching is an effective way of reinforcing what you learn at the workshop and helping you to make regular use of the tools. The coaching package provides:
- Monthly meetings over three months to keep the implementation on track.
- Weekly remote support by email, Skype or phone to help resolve problems and answer questions as they arise.
